As I prepare for a month long journey to Argentina and Chile... what should I pack?
What can I do without and what can I afford to lose, damage or destroy?
With all the equipment and their back-ups piling up, so do the pounds.
Will all my bags and cases be overweight? How much is that going to cost?
Do I really need that last piece of gear? How many socks are too many?
Is it too late to ask Santa for a South American sherpa...?
